If you'd like to cancel a Joggo subscription that was purchased via the App Store, please follow these steps:
- Please make sure you are signed in to the correct Apple ID account on your Apple device (the same Apple ID used to purchase Joggo membership).
- Go to the Settings app of your Apple device (not the Joggo app).
- Click on your name shown at the very top of your device's settings window (followed by Apple ID, iCloud Media & Purchases).
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find Joggo subscription, click Cancel subscription, and then Confirm.
Keep in mind that simply deleting the Joggo app does not cancel the subscription.
