If you want to improve the Joggo app experience on your Xiaomi phone, give these settings a try:
Important settings
App pinning / App locking
Open the Recent Apps tray > Drag the Joggo app downwards (it will be locked).
Please note: On some phones, you need to long-press Joggo and then choose the padlock icon from the menu.
MIUI 12
To make sure Joggo can run in the background, you'll need to adjust your app settings to match the following:
- Open your phone’s Settings > Go to Apps > Select Joggo > Enable Autostart.
- Open your phone’s Settings > Go to Apps > Select Joggo > Go to Battery Saver > Select No Restrictions.
MIUI 11
To make sure Joggo can run in the background, you'll need to adjust your app settings to match the following:
Open your phone’s Settings > Go to Apps > Choose Joggo > Go to Battery Saver > Select No Restrictions.
MIUI 10 and older models
To make sure Joggo can run in the background, you'll need to adjust your app settings to match the following:
Open your phone’s Settings > Go to Apps > Choose Joggo > Go to Battery Saver > Select No Restrictions.
Power management
Let’s take a look at some other settings that are important to help avoid Joggo from falling asleep.
Power plan:
Open your phone's Settings > Advanced Settings > Choose Battery Manager > Set the Power plan to Performance.
Protect the Joggo app:
Open your phone's Settings > Advanced Settings > Click Battery Manager > Go to Protected Apps > Select the Joggo app to protect it.
Joggo battery settings:
Open your phone's Settings > Go to Apps > Select Joggo > Click Battery > Tap Enable Power-intensive Prompt and Keep Running After Screen Off.
Saving power restrictions:
Open your phone's Settings > Additional Settings > Go to Battery & Performance > Select Manage Apps' Battery Usage > Switch Power Saving Modes to Off.
Choose the next options: Go to Saving Power in The Background > Select Apps > Joggo > Background Settings > No Restrictions.
