If you're using a Huawei phone, you might've noticed that it often closes apps that are running in the background. This might happen to Joggo too. Here's what you can do to keep it running smoothly:
EMUI 8, 9, 10
App launch
Open your phone's Settings > Click App launch > Manage manually > Make sure that all the toggles are on (Auto-launch, Secondary Launch, Run in Background).
Classic battery optimization
Open your phone's Settings > Go to Open Battery Optimization > Click the little inverted triangle next to Don’t Allow, then tap All Apps > Find and click Joggo > Select Don’t Allow.
EMUI 8 and below
Classic battery optimization
Open your phone's Settings > Choose Ignore Battery Optimization > Click the little inverted triangle next to Allow > Select All Apps > Find and click Joggo > Select Don’t Allow.
Battery management
Please make sure your phone's battery settings are set as below:
- Open your phone’s Settings > Go to Advanced Settings > Go to Battery Manager > Set Power Plan to Performance.
- Open your phone’s Settings > Go to Advanced Settings > Go to Battery Manager > Click Protected Apps > Set Joggo as Protected.
- Open your phone’s Settings > Go to Apps > Select Joggo > Click Battery > Uncheck Power Intensive Prompt and check Keep Running After Screen Off.
- Open your phone’s Settings > Go to Apps > Click Advanced (at the bottom) > Select Ignore Optimizations > Go to Allowed > Click All Apps > Find Joggo on the list and set it to Allow.
