Huawei can kill apps running in the background very actively. Here are some of the settings that could help keep Joggo running.
EMUI 8, 9, 10
App Launch
- Open your phone's settings (not Joggo app settings)
- Click App launch > Manage manually.
- Make sure that all the toggles are on (Auto-launch, Secondary launch, Run in background).
Classic battery optimization
- Open your phone's settings
- Open Battery optimization.
- Click the little inverted triangle next to Don’t allow, then tap All apps.
- Find and click Joggo, and select Don’t allow.
EMUI 8 and below
Classic battery optimization
- Open your phone's settings.
- Choose Ignore battery optimization.
- Click the little inverted triangle next to Allow.
- Select All apps > Joggo > Allow.
Battery management
Set your phone's battery settings like this:
- Phone settings > Advanced Settings > Battery manager > Power plan set to Performance.
- Phone Settings > Advanced Settings > Battery Manager > Protected apps – set Joggo as Protected.
- Phone Settings > Apps > Your app > Battery > Uncheck Power-intensive prompt and check Keep running after screen off.
- Phone settings > Apps > Advanced (At the bottom) > Ignore optimizations >Allowed > All apps > Find Joggo on the list and set it to Allow.
