You will see your complete plan after you finish your first run. Open the Joggo app, choose the Plan section at the bottom menu, and you'll find the option to go for the first run.
Firstly, every user is asked to fill a quiz to learn various factors like motivation, capabilities, risks involved, and personal goals.
Afterward, an introductory run follows to determine your fitness level and generate an even more personalized running plan. Hence, you won't be able to see your full plan until you complete your first run.
After you complete the first run, you will be able to evaluate yourself, choose the direction of your future progress, and see your plan for the following week.
