If you have already purchased a subscription, you can access the Joggo app by downloading it directly from the App Store or Google Play.

To log in, enter the email address you used when signing up. A temporary password will be sent to your email. Use this password to log in to Joggo.
If you're not receiving the temporary password, make sure you're checking the right email address in case you use several. Remember to check your Spam, Updates, Promotions, and similar folders.
If the password has definitely not reached your email, it could be that your email provider is blocking our emails. In this case, you can report the problem to them. Meanwhile, contact our support team, and they will help you log in.
