You can reset your meal plan and modify it completely by following these steps:
- Open the Joggo app.
- At the bottom menu, select Me.
- Tap on the settings icon at the top right corner.
- Select Food preferences.
- Redo the questionnaire.
Your new meal plan will be generated promptly.
You can also change any meal of the day in the Eat tab of the app. Just press Change under the meal you want to replace and choose an alternative.
