The Joggo app has five main sections shown in the bottom menu:
- Plan. Find your weekly plan in this section. You can check out the upcoming week by tapping on your level at the top.
- Learn. Check out the top reads or browse the three article sections (Getting started, Food and Nutrition, Health & Safety) and learn valuable information to help you achieve your goals.
- Run. Open this section of the app when you're ready to work out. Choose the parameters of your run and tap the start button. Follow your workout of the day or use the Free run option for extra runs.
- Eat. Here you'll find your recipes for the day. If you don't like a certain meal, tap Change, and we'll provide you with an alternative.
- Me. This section contains your details, app settings, options to contact customer support, report a problem, etc.
