The Joggo app has four main sections shown in the bottom menu:
- Knowledge. Choose from three main article sections: Getting started; Food & Nutrition; Health & Safety and learn valuable information to help you achieve your goals.
- Running plan. You can see your weekly plan in this section. You'll find your activities for any given day: on training days, you'll see the workout info; on rest days, you'll discover articles to keep you motivated and learning about running. You can check out the upcoming week by tapping See full plan. At the top, you'll see your History and a tab called Free run. This option allows you to track extra runs. Here you can also see your Inbox where you'll find promotions and recommendations.
- Nutrition. Here you'll find your recipes for the day as well as recommended daily calorie intake bar. At the bottom, you’ll have an option See full plan to help you prepare for your future meals. If you don't like a certain meal, tap Change, and we'll provide you with an alternative recipe.
- Me. This section contains your details, app settings, options to contact customer support, report a problem, etc.
