After completing the first run, you will be able to evaluate yourself, choose the direction of your future progress, and get a plan tailored specifically for you.
You should keep in mind that the app is customizable. If anything changes and you find your program too simple or too difficult to follow, you may always update your plan's difficulty level. You can also change the days on which you run anytime.
