You can modify your plan if it seems too easy or too difficult.
- Open the Joggo app.
- Navigate to your Plan tab at the bottom menu.
- At the top, click the button displaying your plan's difficulty (e.g., Beginner – Level 6).
- Swipe left or right until you see the level that best corresponds to your current physical abilities.
- Once you pick a level you'd like to be at, tap the green Switch to level X button.
