You can change your preferred workout days on the app:
- Open the Joggo app.
- Navigate to the Me tab at the bottom-right corner.
- Tap on the settings icon at the top right of the screen.
- Select Workout days.
- Choose your preferred workout days.
- Tap Save.
Please note
It's best to change your workout days at the beginning of your two-week plan after the assessment run. Otherwise, the plan resets.
If you can't work out on certain days, you can just skip the exercise and do it when you can.
