The workouts are voice-guided.
Before you start working out, follow these steps to get sound prompts:
- Make sure your device is not in a power-saving mode.
- Turn on the sound on your phone.
- On the Joggo app, open your workout and click the loudspeaker icon.
If you don't get the sound prompts, these simple steps usually help:
- Try to update your smartphone's operating system to the latest version (if possible).
- Delete and reinstall the Joggo app. You'll have to log in again once the app is successfully reinstalled.
